A deposit of £60 has to be paid
on booking, the remainder to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Failure
to pay the balance by the due date may render booking invalid.
Also a deposit of £1.00 will be required on each of the keys on
arrival, which will be refunded to you on return of the keys on
departure. CHEQUES ETC MADE PAYABLE TO SEAFIELD HOLIDAY PARK.
PLEASE ENCLOSE S.A.E. WITH FINAL BALANCE IF RECEIPT REQUIRED -
OTHERWISE FINAL RECEIPT AVAILABLE ON ARRIVAL.
Your accommodation will be ready for you on arrival any time
after 4pm in the afternoon. Accommodation/site must be vacated
by 10am on day of departure and left in as good and clean a
condition as found on arrival.
Tenants are responsible for any breakages which must be reported
to RECEPTION where a small nominal charge will be made and a
replacement supplied. All soiled beds must be paid for and if
not reported will be 'billed’ for.
In order to ensure and maintain good conduct of the Park and in
the interests of guests, the Management reserve the right to
terminate any reservation by immediate notice.
In the event of the hirer cancelling the holiday the Deposit will
be forfeited. Should the hirer cancel the holiday within the 28
day period prior to commencement, the whole of the payment will
be forfeited. If you have to cancel, it is obviously in your
interest to do so as early as possible. Your insurance is
compulsory when booking with us. Provided this is paid for with
your deposit, in the event you may have to cancel your holiday
and you provide a Doctors certificate, we will refund your
balance (if already paid). Deposits are non refundable.
Cancellations must be notified in writing by recorded delivery.
A standard letter will not suffice.
TRANSFERS (i.e. change of accommodation or dates) is allowed
where possible whereupon an additional administration charge of
£10.00 will be made.
We will not accept responsibility for any personal injury
arising out of or in the course of use by guests of equipment or
places or rooms provided or Launderette. We will not accept
responsibility of any kind whatsoever for the luggage of
travellers or guests, nor for their property of any description,
including money, clothing, motor cars or other vehicles. Such
property must be in all circumstances entirely under the care of
and is the sole responsibility of travellers and guests.
Published prices are subject to variation. Persons who have
bookings will be notified at least four weeks before effective
dates of booking of any change. Notice by ordinary post will be
deemed sufficient. Any Government alteration to the rate of VAT
will not be given in writing.
In the interests of guests as a whole, we reserve the right to
repudiate a booking at any time without assigning reason
whatsoever.
All dogs must be kept on a lead on site and not allowed to foul
public areas or cause a nuisance to other guests. Pets must not
be left unattended if likely to become distressed. Dogs must not
be allowed on furniture or beds. Any damage caused by your pet
will be charged for.
All letters etc. for holiday makers will be held at Reception
and must be collected from there.
Terms Subject to being un-let upon receipt of your deposit.
